Striking & Ball Manipulation Results
My daughter participated in the 10-week competitive training program for close control dribbling. It saved substantial driving time and costs, yet created a competitive environment with the demonstration videos, measurement, and scoreboards that pushed her to pursue a new personal best each week. Elsa has high aspirations in soccer. Your process is well researched. It taught her that she has a lot of control over how to become her best. She’s looking forward to achieving college level 3 in all programs. My younger son is now on-board after watching Elsa have a blast getting better in 2 programs.
My daughter and her teammate trained over the winter doing the 10-week close dribbling training session. 10 weeks is a long time to 12 year olds and the metric-based system kept them engaged the whole time. It showed them progress (which they loved) and gave them something to try and beat. Not each other but themselves so they were easily able to support each other’s victories. They trained 4 days a week for most weeks coming close to 6 hours a week for 10 weeks. Their touch and ball control has dramatically improved. What has increased most to me and is so hard to measure is their confidence. Both girls after having watched them in the tournament this past weekend look much more confident on the ball. Both girls are wanting to do another 10-week program which to me matters more than anything.
